Courses:

Mojave Resort Golf Club
This course, designed by Brian Curley and Grant Hascot of Landmark Golf Company in 1997, offers spacious landing areas and great views of the desert.  With wide fairways and light rough, this course is perfect for any golfer, regardless of experience.  The signature hole is #17, a 178-yard, par 3 that shoots over water with sand bunkers on the left right, and back of the green.  Because of the gamble hitting over the water, it’s called “The Crap Shoot”.  Hope the wind is not blowing, since it can be brutal at these times.  But most of the time, you will have a fun, beautiful round of golf on this Golf Digest 4 Star rated track.

Emerald River Golf Club
Ranked as a Golf Digest “Must Play” course, this track has long been recognized as one of Nevada’s most challenging and scenic courses.  In fact, the USGA rates it as the most difficult 18-hole layout in the state.  Make life easier by playing one of the forward sets of tees.  The course is routed through the desert and red foothills along the Colorado River.  Five holes border the river and the views are outstanding.  This 1989 Tom Clark layout features narrow fairways, plenty of bunkers, undulating greens and a vast array of wildlife and natural vegetation.  When you come to this course, you better bring all your straight shots or you will have a long day.

Desert Lakes Golf Club
Located just across the border in Bullhead City, Arizona, this 1990 track is challenging, but not too intimidating.  Bob E & Robert L. Baldock designed this course to be tricky if you miss your shots and very fun otherwise.  The fairways are undulating and narrow and the greens are small and fast. With all the desert and grunge to be found this course has an unusual practice facility.  It's a water driving range.
